Sales – Subscriptions
Purpose
Subscriptions allow organizations to manage recurring commercial agreements established with customers after a successful sale.
Unlike Opportunities, Estimations or Proposals, which support the sales process itself, Subscriptions represent an ongoing commercial relationship and define the recurring products or services delivered to a customer over time.
Typical use cases include:
- Software subscriptions
- Managed services
- Maintenance agreements
- Support contracts
- Recurring service packages
