Purpose
The Contacts module allows users to register, manage, and track individuals involved in sales interactions.
A Contact may represent a prospect, lead, client representative, or any person relevant to the commercial relationship.
Contacts include identity details, engagement lifecycle status, related information (bank accounts, addresses, emails, phone numbers), and documentation.

1. Purpose of the Contacts Module
This module is used to:
- Register and maintain contact information
- Track a person’s journey from Lead → Qualification → Proposal → Negotiation → Conversion
- View and update the lifecycle stage based on predefined configurations
- Associate accounts, reasons, and segmentation categories
- Manage related data, such as email addresses, phone numbers, and bank information
- Upload and store important documents
The Contacts module provides a complete overview of the individual’s relationship with the company throughout the sales cycle.
2. Landing Screen Overview
The landing page displays all existing contacts in a list format.

The landing page provides two different views for managing contacts:
- List View – Displays all contacts in a searchable and sortable table.
- Board View – Presents contacts grouped by their current engagement stage, providing a visual overview of the sales pipeline.
The page also includes a dashboard with lifecycle indicators that display the number of contacts currently in each major stage, such as:
- New
- Contacted
- Interested
- Qualified
- Negotiation
- Lost
- Closed
- won
These indicators provide a quick overview of the current distribution of contacts throughout the sales process.
Available Actions
Users can:
- Add Contact
- Refresh the list
- Apply filters
- Export records
- Configure visible columns
- Switch between List and Board views
3. Creating a Contact
Click Add Contact to open the creation form.

3.1 Required Fields

Once saved, the system redirects to the Contact Details page, where all additional information can be entered.
4. Contact Details
The Contact Details page is organized into four main areas:

- Contact Information
- Client Engagement Lifecycle
- Details
- Documents
The top section stores the contact's general information and classification.

| Contact Type | Defines the type of contact (for example, Individual or Organization). |
| Company | Company associated with the contact or Tenant-Wide. |

| Scoring | Internal scoring value used for qualification. |
| Segmentation | Business segmentation applied to the contact. |
| Lifecycle | Lifecycle template assigned to the contact. |
| Reason Code | Business reason or classification. |
| Comments | Additional observations or internal notes. |

5. Client Engagement Lifecycle
The Client Engagement section displays the complete sales journey configured for the selected lifecycle.

The lifecycle is organized into business phases, for example:
- Lead Generation
- Lead Qualification
- Proposal Stage
- Negotiation
- Conversion
- Post-Sales
- Retention
Each phase contains one or more status steps.

Users can update the current contact stage by selecting the appropriate lifecycle status.
The active stage is highlighted, allowing users to quickly identify the contact's current position within the sales process.

6. Details Tab
The Details tab contains four subcomponents:
6.1 Bank Accounts
Allows registering the contact’s bank accounts.

Fields:

Allows storing multiple addresses.

7. Relations
The Relations section allows users to create business relationships between contacts.
A relation can be used to identify how two contacts are connected within the organization or sales process.
When creating a relation, users define:

| Comments | Optional notes describing the relationship. |

Note: Available roles depend on the organization's configuration.
8. Recommendations
- Always maintain at least one primary email and phone number.
- Keep lifecycle stages updated to increase sales visibility.
- Use segmentation to support analytics and marketing targeting.
- Associate accounts early to ensure consistent reporting across the Sales module.
- When multiple addresses or emails exist, clearly set the “Primary” flag.
