Purpose

Benefit Types create a standardized classification for benefits such as Bonus, Education, Health Care, Insurance, Technology, Transportation, and Wellness.
Each Benefit Type can be configured as tenant-wide or associated with specific companies, supporting consistent benefit management across the organization.
