Purpose

This article explains the structure and main components of the UNEEVO Landing Page.

The Landing Page provides a central entry point from which users can navigate through the available modules, access global tools, open support resources, and manage their personal settings.

This article is intended for all UNEEVO users, including administrators, managers, and operational users.

💡Please note: This Knowledge Base covers the full range of UNEEVO modules and features. The modules and functionalities available in your UNEEVO environment depend on your organization’s subscription.

Overview

The Landing Page is displayed when users access UNEEVO or select Home from the navigation panel.

It is organized into three main areas:

Area Description
Left Navigation Panel Provides access to Home and the available UNEEVO modules and features.
Top Navigation Bar Provides access to global tools, the Control Center, notifications, and user options.
Main Workspace Displays the Home page or the content selected from the navigation panel.

Left Navigation Panel

The left navigation panel provides access to the modules and features available in the user’s UNEEVO environment.

The panel includes:

  • A search field
  • A Home option
  • Expandable module menus
  • Customer Support
  • Help Center

The modules displayed depend on the organization’s subscription and the permissions assigned to the user.

Modules that may be available include:

  • Assortment Planning
  • Entities Management
  • People Management
  • Sales Management
  • Project Management
  • Resource Management
  • Operations Management
  • Insights

Searching the navigation panel

The search field at the top of the panel allows users to quickly locate an available module or feature.

Search results are limited to the areas the user is authorized to access.

Expanding modules

Select the arrow next to a module to expand or collapse its menu.

When expanded, the module displays its available functional areas and features. Selecting a feature opens the corresponding page in the main workspace.

Home

Select Home to return to the Landing Page from anywhere in UNEEVO.

The Home page displays a personalized greeting and serves as the default starting point for navigating to other areas of the product.

Top Navigation Bar

The top navigation bar remains available while users navigate through UNEEVO. It provides quick access to tools and options that may be used across different modules.

The available options include:

  • Control Center
  • Timesheet Timer
  • My Activities
  • Notifications
  • User Profile

The availability of individual options may depend on the user’s permissions and the modules enabled for the organization.

Control Center

The Control Center provides access to the configuration areas that support the different UNEEVO modules.

It is used to manage organizational structures, reference data, module settings, and other foundational configurations.

The information configured in the Control Center may be used across multiple areas of UNEEVO.

Access to the Control Center is permission-based and is typically assigned to authorized administrators or configuration users.

Timesheet Timer

The Timesheet Timer allows users to start and manage time tracking directly from the top navigation bar.

Depending on the applicable configuration, tracked time may be associated with relevant work, such as a project or work item, and recorded in the user’s timesheet.

Because the timer is available from the top navigation bar, users can manage time tracking without leaving their current working area.

This feature allows users to start a real-time timer associated with a task or project.

Purpose:

  • Track working time
  • Log effort for reporting and billing
  • Connect time entries to Project or Task records

Behavior:

  • Timer runs independently of the active module.
  • Time entries are stored in the Timesheet records.

My Activities

The My Activities option provides quick access to the user’s activities.

From this area, users can review and manage activities assigned to or created by them, such as tasks, appointments, or notes.

The activities available and their behavior depend on the applicable configuration and user permissions.

Notifications

The Notifications option provides access to messages and alerts generated within UNEEVO.

Notifications may relate to:

  • Assigned actions
  • Reminders
  • Pending approvals
  • Relevant record changes
  • Other operational events

Select the notification icon to review the notifications available to the user.

User Profile

The User Profile option provides access to personal and session-related settings.

Depending on the configuration, users may be able to manage options such as:

  • User interface preferences
  • Language
  • Regional format
  • Color scheme
  • Session and account options

These settings apply to the individual user and do not change the configuration of other users.

Main Workspace

The main workspace displays the content selected from the left navigation panel.

When Home is selected, the workspace displays the Landing Page. When a module or feature is selected, the corresponding content is loaded in this area.

This allows users to move between different parts of UNEEVO while maintaining a consistent navigation structure.

Customer Support

The Customer Support option is available at the bottom of the left navigation panel.

Use this option to access the applicable support channel when assistance is required with the product or when an issue needs to be reported.

Help Center

The Help Center option is available at the bottom of the left navigation panel.

It provides access to supporting information and guidance about UNEEVO, including the available Knowledge Base documentation.

Navigation Flow

A typical navigation flow is:

Home → Module → Feature → Record → Action

Users can select Home at any time to return to the Landing Page.

The global options in the top navigation bar remain available while users navigate through the product, subject to their permissions.

Behavior Rules

  • Module availability depends on the organization’s subscription.
  • Module and feature visibility depends on the permissions assigned to the user.
  • Modules can be expanded or collapsed from the left navigation panel.
  • Selecting a module feature loads its content in the main workspace.
  • The Control Center is only available to users with the required permissions.
  • Global tools remain accessible from the top navigation bar.
  • User preferences apply only to the individual user.
  • Customer Support and Help Center remain available from the bottom of the navigation panel.
