Contract – Personal Information Tab
Overview
The Personal Information tab consolidates all employee legal, fiscal, and household data within a contract.
This information supports payroll processing, tax reporting, and compliance with labor regulations.
It contains two main areas:
-
Legal Information – tax, social security, and income distribution details.
-
Household Members – dependents relevant for tax exemptions or family benefits.

Legal Information Section

| Disability (%) | Indicates the employee’s certified disability level, if applicable. May impact tax rates or social contribution adjustments. |
| Dependents | Number of individuals financially dependent on the employee. |

💡 Tip: These fields are crucial for payroll accuracy. Only authorized HR personnel should modify them to ensure tax and compliance consistency.
