The Service Profile Screen represents the full configuration and identity of a service within the Assortment Planning application. Each profile combines operational, financial and organizational data that describe how the service is structured, delivered and managed.
This area is designed to give users a clear overview of each service and ensure that all related information - from classification to pricing and suppliers - is maintained consistently across the organization. The structure is aligned with the profiles available in other modules such as Assets and Products, supporting an integrated and standardized management experience.

⚠️ Note: Some fields in the header may appear greyed out, indicating they are non-editable (blocked).
These fields are locked to preserve data integrity and system consistency - fields such as Company and Currency.
At the top of the Service Profile, the header section contains the key fields that define the service’s core attributes. These fields are summarized below:
| Field | Description | Notes |

| Code | A unique internal reference used to identify or categorize the service. | |
| Currency* | Defines the currency used for all financial values associated with the service (e.g., costs, prices, margins). | |
| Companies | Defines where the service can be used within the organization. It can be linked to a specific company, to multiple companies or set as Tenant-Wide, meaning it is available to all. | The default setting is Tenant-Wide. |

Below the header, the Service Profile is divided into several supporting sections that organize additional information:
-
Criteria – Used to define classification and capability parameters such as skill domains, knowledge levels, areas or work types that describe the nature of the service.

-
Documents – Allows attaching relevant files or references, ensuring that supporting materials are stored directly within the service record.

-
Fees – Displays applicable fees, such as taxes or additional charges that are included in the total calculation of the service.

-
Pricing Details – Shows cost, margin and unit sell price information, offering a complete view of the financial configuration of the service.

Together, these sections create a structured and comprehensive profile that supports consistent management, reporting and planning across the entire Assortment Planning application.
Main features:
At the top right of the Service Profile page, users have access to two key actions:

- Activities,
- Delete.
These options provide visibility and control over the service’s lifecycle, supporting collaboration, traceability and data management.
Activities

The Activities option opens a dedicated window where users can view, create and manage all actions and interactions related to the selected service.
This feature is designed to centralize operational follow-up, such as service meetings, internal notes and task assignments, ensuring transparency and continuity of communication.
The Activities window includes several control and filtering elements:
| Element | Description |
| Tasks | Displays all pending or completed tasks associated with the service. |
| Appointments | Shows scheduled meetings or calls linked to the service. |
| Notes | Lists all internal notes or comments added by users. |
| Include Deleted | When activated, displays deleted activities for audit purposes. |
| Completed | Allows users to include completed activities in the view. |
Each toggle can be turned on/off to refine the visible information.
Time-Based and Custom Filters

Below the filters, users can navigate between predefined time periods:
- Today – Displays activities scheduled for the current day.
- Current Week – Displays all activities within the ongoing week.
- Current Month – Displays all activities within the current month.
In addition to these options, the calendar icon allows users to customize the date range manually.

By selecting specific start and end dates, users can focus on a particular time window - ideal for tracking activities over custom reporting periods.
Delete Service

The Delete option allows users to remove a service record from the system.
⚠️ Note: Deleting a service does not remove it permanently - it can be restored later.
This action is restricted to users with the appropriate permissions and should be performed carefully.
Before deleting, a confirmation dialog appears, prompting:
Users must explicitly confirm by selecting Yes or No. This prevents accidental deletions of active service records.
When a service is deleted, it remains in the system as soft-deleted.
Users can view these records by enabling the Include Deleted option available in the filter section of the main service list.

This functionality guarantees data traceability and supports compliance with auditing and reporting requirements.
