Services - Criteria
The Criteria section within the Services module allows users to define the characteristics and classification parameters that describe the nature of each service. These criteria ensure consistency in how services are grouped, analyzed and reported across the organization.
This section is designed to align services with internal capability structures, making it easier to manage expertise, match services with the right resources and maintain a clear catalog structure within the Assortment Planning application.

⚠️Note: All fields available in this section are predefined configurations that must be set up in advance in the system’s configuration area before they can be selected and used in a service profile. Each field supports multiple selections, presented as lists and existing options can be removed by clicking the “X” icon next to each selected value.

| Skill Domains | Defines the domain or area of expertise associated with the service. | Supports categorization and high-level reporting. Helps match services with resource competencies. |
| Skill Categories | Refines the skill domain into more specific categories | Helps match services with resource competencies. |
| Knowledge Levels | Specifies the required level of expertise for delivering the service - for example: Intermediate, Advanced. | Helps match services with resource competencies. |
| Areas | Identifies the business or operational areas from which resources need to come or be qualified to perform the service. | |
| Functions | Describes the functions or roles that the associated resources must perform or possess in order to deliver the service. | |
| Work Types | Defines the type of work involved in the service delivery - for example: Onsite or Remote). | |
| Categories | Defines the categories(levels) that indicate what type of resources or competencies are required to perform the service. |
Services - Documents
The Documents section within the Services module allows users to attach and manage all files or references related to a specific service. This feature ensures that relevant documentation is stored and accessible directly from the service profile, supporting transparency, traceability and collaboration across teams.
This section lets you attach, preview, download and remove files related to the service.

Documents can include technical specifications, process guidelines, contracts, certifications or any other file that helps describe or support the delivery of the service.
Upload methods
You can add files in two ways:

- Drag and Drop: drag one or more files into the highlighted drop zone.
- Browse: click Browse and select the files from your device.
Once uploaded, each file appears as a card/thumbnail showing the file name and size.

Actions on each document
For every file card, the following actions are available:

- Remove – click the delete icon (×) to remove the file from the service’s documents. Without a confirmation.
- Download – click the download icon to save a local copy.
