Help CenterThe Fees & Pricing section provides a centralized space to define and manage the financial structure of a product.
It allows users to establish the base cost, apply margins and configure additional fees that contribute to the final selling price.
This section ensures pricing transparency and consistency across the organization by consolidating all financial parameters in one place.
Fees
The Fees area allows users to manage any additional charges associated with the product, such as VAT or administrative costs. While most fields are editable, the total fee amount is calculated automatically based on predefined rules.

| Value | The calculated monetary value of the fee based on the defined percentage. | Automatically filled when a Fee (%) is entered. Editable and linked to Fee (%). Can be manually changed when the toggle is enabled. |
The option Add New creats a new fee entry for the service. Allows multiple fees to be added as needed.
⚠️Note: Editable fields include Description and Fee (%), and it is also possible to modify the Value field by activating the toggle, which enables direct editing for special scenarios or exceptions.
When the user enters a Fee (%), the system automatically calculates and fills the Value field. Both fields are linked - if the Value is manually adjusted (after enabling the toggle), the Fee (%) will automatically update to maintain consistency between percentage and value.
Pricing
The Pricing area defines the cost and selling structure of the product.
All fields in this section are editable, giving flexibility to update costs, margins and prices directly.

⚠️Note: When the user enters a Margin Percentage, the system automatically calculates and fills the Margin Amount field. Both values are linked - if the Margin Amount is modified, the Margin Percentage adjusts automatically to keep them consistent.
