Purpose

The Wellbeing section within People Management allows organizations to manage and classify information related to employees’ health and wellness.
By configuring these parameters, UNEEVO supports the structured recording of medical information, occupational health assessments, and vaccination compliance — all while ensuring secure and consistent HR data management.

Configuration Overview

Area Description Purpose
Allergy Types Defines known categories of allergies that may affect employees. Helps record and monitor potential health risks at work.
Chronic Disease Types Lists chronic medical conditions for tracking occupational fitness. Supports preventive health management and accommodations.
Food Intolerance Types Identifies food sensitivities relevant to workplace wellbeing. Prevents exposure risks (e.g., canteen management, event planning).
Vaccine Types Defines the vaccines employees may record. Enables tracking of compliance and health safety standards.
Occupational Health and Medicine Results Establishes standardized outcomes from occupational medical evaluations. Supports HR in maintaining compliance and return-to-work decisions.
