The Background section in People Management defines key educational and professional classification parameters.
These configurations help standardize employee profiles, ensuring structured and comparable data for reporting, performance evaluation, and workforce planning.

Language Level Types Defines linguistic proficiency levels. Ensures consistency in multilingual skills assessment.
Knowledge Level Types Classifies levels of subject matter expertise. Helps in performance and training assessments.
Qualification Areas Lists disciplines or academic/professional fields. Supports role mapping and project resource planning.
Skill Domains Broad competency groups (e.g., Analytical, Communication). Organizes core professional capabilities.
Skill Categories Specific technical or functional skills. Supports detailed skills profiling and matching.

Degree Types

Defines the educational qualifications recognized in the organization, ensuring standardized reporting and alignment with HR data.
