Operations Management – Account Overviews
The Account Overviews feature, part of the Operations Management module, provides a consolidated financial perspective of suppliers or companies by aggregating all related invoices and transactions.
It serves as a centralized financial dashboard where managers can review totals, analyze balances, attach documents, and monitor outstanding amounts.

All examples shown in this article — including suppliers, companies, currencies, totals, and transactions — are illustrative.

1. Purpose of Account Overviews
Account Overviews allow organizations to:
- Consolidate all financial documents (Invoices + Transactions) related to a supplier or internal entity
- Monitor total paid, total outstanding, and overall balance
- Identify supplier liabilities and receivables
- Assign managers responsible for account monitoring
- Centralize supporting documentation
- Improve governance and financial visibility across operations
This feature ensures fast reconciliation and transparent follow-up on supplier or account performance.
2. Landing Page Overview
The landing screen displays a list of all existing account overviews.

Key Columns
| Column | Description |

| Name | The name of the supplier or account entity |
| Currency | Base currency used for the account |
| Company | Assigned internal company (Tenant-Wide or specific) |
| Managers | Users responsible for monitoring this account |
| Supplier | Linked supplier (if applicable) |
| Account | Trading account associated with the supplier or entity |

3. Creating a New Account Overview

Selecting Add Account Overview opens the creation modal.

3.1 Required Fields

| Name | The name of the account overview |
| Currency | Default working currency |
3.2 Optional Fields

| Company | Internal company that owns this account (default: Tenant-Wide) |
| Supplier | Supplier linked to the account (if applicable) |
| Account | Financial or trading account reference |
Click Save or Save and New to continue.
4. Account Overview Details Page
After saving, the system displays the full Account Overview with several tabs:
4.1 Summary Tab
This tab provides a high-level financial dashboard.

These values are calculated using:
- Related Invoices
- Related Transactions (Income/Expense)
This tab helps managers quickly identify outstanding liabilities or receivables.
4.2 Details Tab

Lists all invoices associated with the supplier or account.

| Total | Gross total of the invoice |
| Total Paid | Amount already paid |
| Outstanding Total | Remaining unpaid balance |
Values load automatically based on invoice processing.
4.3 Documents Tab
The Documents tab displays financial documents (Invoices) that are associated with the selected supplier account.
These records are automatically pulled from the Invoicing feature whenever an invoice is issued for that supplier.
Displayed Columns

| Document ID | Identifier of the invoice associated with the supplier. |
| Total | Total amount of the invoice. |
| Status | The current workflow status of the invoice (e.g., Approved, Worksheet, Validated). |
Key Notes
- Users cannot upload files manually in this tab.
- The tab serves as a reference list of all invoices linked to the supplier.
4.4 Transactions Tab

Lists all income or expense transactions related to the supplier or account.

This section enables a complete understanding of supplier cash movements.
5. Editable Header Fields

The Account Overview includes editable header information:

Values update dynamically across all tabs.
6. Deleting an Account Overview
A Delete action is available in the header.
Use this with caution — deleting an account overview does not delete invoices or transactions; it only removes the summarized view.
7. Recommendations
- Assign Managers to ensure proper account monitoring.
- Use a consistent Currency to simplify reconciliation.
- Review the Outstanding Total frequently to avoid overdue liabilities.
- Use the Transactions Tab to identify recurring charges or unexpected expenses.
8. Summary
The Account Overviews feature provides a centralized and analytical view of financial activity related to suppliers or internal accounts.
By aggregating invoices, payments, and transactions, it supports:
