Operations Management – Account Overviews

The Account Overviews feature, part of the Operations Management module, provides a consolidated financial perspective of suppliers or companies by aggregating all related invoices and transactions.
It serves as a centralized financial dashboard where managers can review totals, analyze balances, attach documents, and monitor outstanding amounts.

4.1 Summary Tab

This tab provides a high-level financial dashboard.

Displayed Elements

  • A circular visualization showing % of balance paid

  • Bar chart summarizing:

    • Total

    • Total Paid

    • Outstanding Total

These values are calculated using:

Values load automatically based on invoice processing.

The Documents tab displays financial documents (Invoices) that are associated with the selected supplier account.

These records are automatically pulled from the Invoicing feature whenever an invoice is issued for that supplier.

Displayed Columns

Column Description
Document ID Identifier of the invoice associated with the supplier.
Total Total amount of the invoice.
Status The current workflow status of the invoice (e.g., Approved, Worksheet, Validated).

Key Notes

  • Users cannot upload files manually in this tab.

Managers Users responsible for monitoring the account
Company Assigned internal company
Account Internal or external financial account reference

6. Deleting an Account Overview

A Delete action is available in the header.

7. Recommendations

  • Assign Managers to ensure proper account monitoring.
  • Use a consistent Currency to simplify reconciliation.
  • Review the Outstanding Total frequently to avoid overdue liabilities.
  • Use the Transactions Tab to identify recurring charges or unexpected expenses.

8. Summary

The Account Overviews feature provides a centralized and analytical view of financial activity related to suppliers or internal accounts.
By aggregating invoices, payments, and transactions, it supports:

✔ Financial transparency
✔ Faster reconciliation
✔ Better supplier management
✔ Stronger operational governance

It is a crucial tool for organizations needing consolidated visibility across multiple financial flows.
