Purpose

This article explains how to access the Control Center from the product landing page.

The Control Center provides centralized access to the system configuration areas where administrators can manage the foundational settings of the platform and its different modules.


Overview

The Control Center is the main configuration hub of the platform.

From this area, users can access and manage system-level parameters that support the operation of multiple modules.

These parameters define important system behaviours and configuration elements used across the platform.

Examples of configuration elements available in this area include:

  • Currencies

  • Notifications

  • State Machine Contexts

  • Tax Years

  • Types

Each configuration area is documented in its own dedicated article explaining its purpose and configuration process.

Steps to Access the Control Center

Step 1 – Open the Landing Page

After logging into the platform, the user is directed to the product landing page, where the main navigation options are available.

Step 2 – Click the Control Center Button

Locate the Control Center button on the landing page.

Clicking this button opens the Control Center, which contains the system configuration areas.

Step 3 – Navigate Through the Configuration Sections

Once inside the Control Center, users can access the available configuration sections from the left-side navigation menu.

These sections group the configuration options related to different modules of the platform, such as:

  • General

  • Assortment Planning

  • Entities Management

  • People Management

  • Sales Management

  • Project Management

  • Resource Management

  • Operations Management

  • Insights

  • System

Selecting a section allows users to access and manage the corresponding configuration settings.
