Control Center - System - Legal Groups

Purpose

Legal Groups allow you to maintain the legal identification and operating currency of each legal group in Uneevo.

This article explains how to access the Legal Groups area, review existing records and create a new Legal Group.

Access Path

Go to System > Legal Groups.

Overview

The Legal Groups landing page provides a central view of all configured Legal Groups.

For each record, the list displays:

Field	Description
Name	The name used to identify the Legal Group in Uneevo.
Legal Name	The registered or formal legal name of the Legal Group.
Currency	The currency associated with the Legal Group.

Use the available column filters and sorting options to locate a specific record. You can also refresh the list, export the displayed information, adjust the visible columns or include deleted records when required.

Create a Legal Group

Select Add Legal Group.
Complete the required information:
- Name – Enter the Legal Group name to be displayed in Uneevo.
- Legal Name – Enter the official legal name.
- Currency – Select the applicable operating currency.
Select Save to create the Legal Group.

Select Save and New when you need to create another Legal Group immediately after saving the current one.

💡Important: All fields are mandatory. Ensure that the Legal Name and Currency are correct before saving, as they define the legal and financial context of the record.

Best Practices

Use a clear and consistent naming convention for Legal Groups.
Enter the registered legal name exactly as defined by the organisation.
Confirm the applicable currency before creating the record.
Avoid creating duplicate Legal Groups for the same legal entity.
