Recruitment – About the Recruitment Module
From Job Offer Definition to Candidate Selection
Purpose
This article introduces the Recruitment Module, explaining its role within the People Management Suite and detailing the end-to-end process of hiring — from defining job offers to finalizing candidate selection and triggering contract creation.
It is intended for recruiters, HR officers, and People Administrators involved in job posting, applicant tracking, interviews, and offer management.
Job Offer -> Applicants -> Interviews -> Hire Career -> People -> Contracts
Scope
The Recruitment Module manages all activities related to the acquisition of new talent.
It connects directly to the Career, People, and Contracts modules, ensuring that each step of the recruitment process — from job creation to hiring — is seamlessly integrated.
Overview
The Recruitment Module is composed of three functional areas:
| Functional Area | Description | Main Actions |
|---|---|---|
| Job Offers | Defines new open positions linked to Career data (Area, Function, Category). | Create, update, and manage job offers. |
| Applicants Management | Registers, reviews, and tracks all applicants for each job offer. | Add applicants, manage profiles, and convert applicants to Persons. |
| Interviews & Offer Preparation | Manages interview scheduling, feedback recording, and offer letter generation. | Schedule interviews, record evaluations, and issue offers. |
Each area corresponds to a sub-process within the recruitment flow.

Prepare and Issue Offer Letter
Once a candidate is selected, the recruiter prepares the offer letter including wage details, availability, and specific conditions.
-
-
Job offer closed with no suitable candidates – No offer letter should be issued, and the job offer status should be set to Inactive.”
-
Offer declined by the candidate – When an offer is rejected, the system should capture the reason for non-acceptance.
